The next time you're in search of the nearest bar with the best selection of ice-cold brewskis, simply consult NearBeer.
If you've ever experienced the frustration of trying to find your favorite beer in a new city or unfamiliar neighborhood, thanks to Fort Lauderdale-based mobile technology development company, AboveGroundApplications, there's now an app for that.
The free app (available only for the iPhone) features mostly user-generated content, which enables it to work nationwide. Lucky for us, it functions best in South Florida, where it was created.
Want to know if the new restaurant downtown serves your favorite brew? Just tap into the NearBeer app. Need to pinpoint the nearest beer-serving bar?
