Learn to make delicious second breakfast heaven.

Brunch, or second breakfast, as it is sometimes known, is one of the most important advancements for mankind, just after the sliced bread that is used to make the French toast often served at said meal. Whether you're tired of shelling out $4 for a glass of OJ or simply don't like having to put on pants to have your Sunday scramble, it's time to learn how to make your own damned brunch.

The Whole Foods Market of Boca Raton will host a brunch-cooking class from noon to 1 p.m. Saturday with a menu that includes mimosas, eggs Benedict with asparagus and potatoes, and sour-cream coffee cake. The instructor is Abigail Nagorski, and the cost is $5 per person. Register at customer service, or call 561-447-0000.
