M Bar Opens Tonight on Las Olas

Mancini has tapped the brother-and-sister team of Kevin Anderson (formerly of 1500 Degrees at the Eden Roc) and Lauren Anderson (of Moto in Chicago) as co-executive chefs.
The menu will feature small plates, burgers, and bar snacks. M Bar will incorporate Mediterranean, Asian, and Middle Eastern influences as well as the Italian flavors Mancini is known for.
Dishes will include crispy pig ears with hot sauce, maple-glazed pork belly with sauerkraut and jalapeño apple sauce, and grilled giant prawns with chili and garlic.
M Bar will offer a large selection of craft beers, cocktails made by mixologists, and shots made by (who else?) shotologists.
Mancini's, Jack Mancini's signature restaurant, will reopen in August. For now, bring on the shotologists!
