Food Trucks Hit Broward County This Weekend

B.C. Tacos is heading out to Broward County this weekend.

​If you love the south Florida food truck scene but hate the drive down to Miami (with gas prices hitting close to four bucks a gallon, who can blame you?), this weekend may be the answer to all the nights you left a tiny little taco under your pillow, waiting for the Food Truck Fairy to answer your prayers.

Food trucks are all over Broward County this weekend (we've also included Haulover Beach since it's so close to the Dade-Broward county line)!

There are food truck roundups at car dealerships, casinos, the beach and even a fundraiser for all you do-gooders out there. This is your chance to get your friends and your appetite together and kick it into high gear with a little street food action.

Saturday June 11

Haulover Marina is the one food truck site (so far) where you can come by car or boat. Trucks serve lunch from 11:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Use code phrase "food truck" for free parking. Sawgrass Ford offers over a dozen trucks to choose from. Enjoy lunch or early dinner from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Trucks serving are: Aaron's Catering Express, B.C. Tacos, Catered Bliss, Churro Mania, Cold Stone Creamery, Dim Ssam a Gogo, Divan Bakery, Doli Pecatti Gelato, The Frita Man, Guiseppes Italian Sausage, Gyromaniakz, Latin House Grill, Mr. Chimi, Papa's Tapas, The Red Koi, The Red Truck, El Rey de las Fritas, Shao Roma, Tango Grill, and Wing Commander. 14501 W. The Seminole Casino Hollywood is looking for their new spokesperson. The Miramar Food Truck Rally is also a fundraiser for Mission trips to The Dominican Republic and New Hampshire.
