Food Truck Expo @ Hard Rock: PHOTOS

​ A meal and a movie is the theme for the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino's latest weekly happening. Every Thursday night, starting at 5:30 PM, a host of gourmet ethnic food trucks lines the perimeter of the easternmost surface parking lot, the one closest to the main entrance. There are about 20 food trucks in all serving up everything from fish tacos, Latin burgers, muffin tops, fried potatoes with a twist...desserts too! The movie starts at 9:00 PM.
