Eric Ripert Cooks Radioactive Fish for David Letterman
![]() |
| Eric Ripert is hot for fish. |
First, Dave grills the Le Bernadin hottie on the general safety of seafood coming from Japan. When Ripert assures Dave that all his fish is checked for radiation, Dave brings out a Geiger counter and (horror of horrors) finds the fish to be "hot."
Dave then proceeds to wear the fish (perhaps in an homage to bad Father's Day gifts) as a brilliant but slimy necktie before "peeling" the skin off his aquatic friend and chucking it into the audience.
