Five Osama Bin Laden Cocktails

​On Sunday night, President Obama told the world that Osama Bin Laden, the leader behind our nation's most horrific terrorist attacks on 9/11, had been killed in a special operation by Navy SEALs.

While most deaths aren't celebrated, Bin Laden ain't your average situation. We've been hunting this guy for nearly a decade, and throngs of people continue to wave flags at both the White House and Ground Zero in Manhattan.

In any event, this is a great time to toast our military, who continue to fight for our country.

We found some interesting cocktail recipes, suitable for toasting the end of a madman's reign:

Osama Bin Laden

1 oz. Absinthe

1 dash Tabasco

Add dash of Tabasco to shot of Absinthe.

A Short Trip to Hell

1 oz Jagermeister® herbal liqueur

2 oz peach schnapps

2 oz strawberry schnapps

2 oz wildberry schnapps

8 oz Red Bull® energy drink

Shake Red Bull, peach, strawberry, and wild berry schnapps in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into glass. Then put Jagermeister into shot glass. Drop in the shot and drink.

Red Death

1/2 oz vodka

1/2 oz Southern Comfort

1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur

1/2 oz triple sec

1/2 oz sloe gin

1/2 oz lime juice

orange juice

Pour all ingredients (except orange juice) into an ice-filled collins glass. Fill with orange juice, and serve.

Bin Laden 

1/3 oz Scotch whisky

1/3 oz dark rum

1/3 oz vodka

Pour the Scotch into a shot glass. Add rum, followed by the vodka, and serve.

Osama Blowing Satan as He Drinks a YooHoo While Watching Hee-Haw

1.50 oz Grand Marnier

1.25 oz grenadine

2 oz 151 Proof Rum

.75 oz tequila

3 oz orange juice

Pour ingredients into a tall ice filled glass. Ponder what the person who named this drink does for a living.
