David Manero to Open Vic &Angelo's SoBe

​The restaurant empire of David Manero just keeps on growing.  

The owner of Vic & Angelo's, DeVito South Beach, The Office and BurgerFi is already gearing up for a July debut of his second BurgerFi in Delray Beach, with rumors of a third upscale burger joint for CityPlace swirling in the wind.  

Now comes word that a third Vic & Angelo's is in the works, this one channeling "Modern Mediterranean Glam" in the very heart of South Florida Glam and Blingville, Ocean Drive in South Beach. 

The new V&A's is slated to go live in July with corporate top toque Paul Griffin at heading up the kitchen. Among the culinary highlights: SoBe's first coal-fired pizza oven, a rosters of pastas made in-house daily, platters of artisan salumi and cheeses, a selection of caviars and really, really big Colossal Jumbo Shrimp.

That Modern Mediterranean Glam design is by Manero's wife, Lynn, who's doing a "palazzo-style" interior complete with reclaimed brick walls, mahogany floor, marble tables, Venetian chandeliers and a smattering of flat-screen TVs. But wait, there's more. Like twin outdoor patios with built-in firepits and lounge seating, first and second-floor bars, private cabanas and second-floor lounge, a DJ station and balcony overlooking Ocean Drive. 

That's  really quite enough, don't you think?
