No. 14: Keste Pizza from Scuola Vecchia 

Let's not beat around the caperberry bush here: This is the best pizza you are ever going to eat. Spare me the earnest emails about this pizzeria or that pizzeria; one bite of this superlative pie, made in the finest Neapolitan tradition, and you will realize the error of your ways and beat yourself unmercifully.
The secret is that there really isn't any secret, just dough made from Italian Caputo 00 flour, sauce from real San Marzano tomatoes and toppings like imported mozzarella di bufala, thin-sliced prosciutto di Parma, sweet cherry tomatoes, feathery baby arugula, Sardinian gran cru cheese, verdant olive oil and fresh basil. Oh, and a wood-fired Acunto oven that heats to a ferocious 1,000 degrees and can take a pizza from just-assembled to irresistible in 90 seconds. You can stop beating yourself now and go order one.
