Chrissy Benoit to Unveil Second Production Kitchen

Budding culinary entrepreneurs in need of affordable, convenient, professionally outfitted kitchen space will soon have that need met when Havana Hideout chef-owner Chrissy Benoit opens her second Production Kitchen in West Palm Beach.
The new PK goes into the same complex on Old Okeechobee Road as the original
Benoit says a half-dozen people have already signed up for space in the new PK, which is expected to open in late May. Among its features will be a pair of double-stacked convection ovens, giant industrial-size mixer, six-burner stove, flattop griddle and grill, and walk-in refrigerator.
