Caliente Kitchen to Heat Up Boynton

If you can stand the heat, get into the new Caliente Kitchen, which will makes its debut on Cinco de Mayo in the mammoth Renaissance Commons retail-residential complex in Boynton Beach.

The second Kitchen from proprietor Taylor Smith will join its Delray Beach parent with an all-day, "family friendly" festival that will feature a mariachi band, food and drink specials, and other various other entertainments.
With at least twice the square footage of the Delray Kitchen, the Boynton newbie is expected to offer lower prices and tableside guacamole service, to go along with an identical menu of all the usual Mexican culinary suspects and a full bar.

Look for the same rustic-funky décor that boasts everything from star-shaped light fixtures to gaudily customized bicycles adorning the rough-hewn wood walls. In the future, look for a third Kitchen on Fort Lauderdale's business-challenged but loaded-with-potential Las Olas Boulevard.
