now I can't get a f*^*^'n parking spot at MY beach in MY town. There are literally about 25 parking spots down there that are metered, and usually taken. Way to screw over the people that live there, I'm not paying $10 for valet at my own beach that I pay taxes for. When the parking lot was open and free I saw TONS of people always down there, now I drive by the parking lot and and it's mostly empty. Does the hotel really need both levels of the parking garage? They get over 100 spots and the public gets 25? I don't get it.

Are you normal? Since when is private property a right of use for a idiot like you? As a fort lauderdale resident I am pleased and thrilled to see this once blIghted hotel and area come alive. Thank you to the owners of the B for taking a chance in this area. As for dumbo who is to cheap to pay for parking on private property that YOU don't pay taxes on, get a life, a job and do what the rest of us do... Walk to the beach, save gas and the environment and stop bitching. Just enjoy the Renaissance and be grateful that these owners are doing something to this part of the beach to beautify and enhance OUR beach and property values. Get a life and good luck to the B
