Top Chef's Carla Hall to Co-Host "The Chew"
ABC has announced that two of its decades-running soaps, One Life to Live and All My Children will be canned.

President of ABC Daytime, Brian Frons said, "We are taking this bold step to expand our business because viewers are looking for different types of programming these days."

In their place, the network will add two new talk shows, The Revolution and The Chew. The Revolution will deal with lifestyle and health issues and will be hosted by Project Runway's Tim Gunn but what's got us really excited is The Chew.

The Chew will focus on food news and will feature a rotating list of hosts, including Mario Batali, Michael Symon, and Top Chef Fan Favorite Carla Hall. The show will be produced by Gordon Elliott, Executive Producer of Paula Deen's Home Cooking. With this dream crew, we're looking forward to its September premiere.
