Salad bars, dessert bars, and even all-you-can-eat sushi bars. But a hot sauce bar? Yes. It exists.

And it exists at Tijuana Flats, where we were eating. The fast-casual Mexican joint began in Orlando and has since expanded to five states, but with South Florida being one of its major markets. Some spots even serve breakfast. Check which one is closest to you.

Each store offers different variations of the nearly 200 hot sauces the company sells. There are five sauces so hot you have to sign a disclaimer in order to try.
