Maguires Hill 16 is known for its traditional Irish fare, but it has fun and unique menu items too.
Before you dig into your shepherd's pie, cook up these easy-to-make nachos. Irish potato nachos, that is.
Irish Potato Nachos
Potatoes
Irish Bacon
1 white onion
jalapeños
shredded cheddar cheese
fresh scallions
1 fresh tomato
horseradish
Finely dice white onion, scallions, and tomato. Set aside.
Thinly slice potatoes and deep fry. Put potatoes in a skillet.
Spread Irish bacon, salsa, jalapeños, onion, tomato, and shredded cheddar cheese onto potatoes.
Place in broiler oven until cheese melts.
Remove from oven. Top with scallions, fresh tomato, and horseradish.
Serve and enjoy!
