No. 88: Paella from Cafe Seville

Paella is the national dish of Spain, and with good reason -- it's incredibly satisfying and delicious! But where can you find authentically prepared paella in South Florida?

Cafe Seville is where. Paella being their specialty, they combine fresh fish, shrimp, scallops, calamari, mussels, clams, boneless chunks of chicken, chorizo, and pork all buried in a generous pile of moist Spanish saffron rice.

Paella is prepared for two, so either arrive with a date or plan on making all your colleagues at work jealous the next day during lunch!
