• I have always read/heard nothing but glowing reviews of Cafe Vico. Living in Miami-Dade County we have an abundance of great restaurants to choose from. Every time i head to Broward County I have to do research to expand my narrow circle of choices. I would love nothing more than to spend a day in Fort Lauderdale shopping, catching a film at the Gateway and topping it off with a great meal at Cafe Vico.

• Itake the family for xmas when they are all in town, from Washinton,DC, London and S,A. We love everything from the welcome at the door and you cannot find better authentic Italian food anywhere. anne

• The best eggplant rollatine around and always perfectly prepared brocolli rabe. Why go anywhere else.

• my favorite thing was getting greeted at the front door by the owner (i think it was the owner), right away you know this place knows service. then when the food arrives you know you have found a place worth coming back for. With so many italian restaurants in ft lauderdale to choose from I love how this one is always there in the back of the mind of anyone who has been. its truly a gem. I hope to be back there as soon as i can, preferably by this weekend!

• I have been wanting to try Cafe Vico for awhile. My fiancee and I both love pasta, and I've read great things about the service and food at Cafe Vico online. We have different work schedules (me: day, her: nights & weekends) so there's usually only one day a week when we're both free to go out for dinner. I hear Cafe Vico is a romantic little restaurant and I hope to visit soon.

• I went to Cafe Vico with 10 of my co-workers for lunch. The staff graciously accommodated our crowd with a beautiful private room in the back where we could laugh as loudly as we wanted. The standout dish for me was actually the carrot soup. It was so unique! The flavors were so pure and clean but the carrot flavor was robust enough without overshadowing the other delicate seasonings in the soup. Best I have ever had!

• I have no had the pleasure to dine at Cafe Vino. Browsing their menu one word come to mind - magnifico - along with the romantic atmosphere would be wonderful place to take my sweetie any day, not just on Feb 14!!!

• I've never been! I have always wanted to try it... I need a good excuse to pig out on some really good italian food and wine. Lasagna mi fa sbavare (lasagna makes me drool)!

• While sweating my ass off at the hot yoga studio next door, I am teased all throughout class and afterwards of delicious smelling dishes, torture I tell ya! I would love to finally be able to put gustation to the olfaction !

• being brazilian myself, i love the fact that the owner is a brazilian guy who goes by vico and he puts out a food, product and service that is outstanding and can compete with any "Italian". I went there once about a year ago with my girlfriend, coincidentally with a gift certificate, and have been salivating over the osso bucco, truffle risotto and seafood ravioli every since!! YUMM! gotta love the neighborhood everyone knows everyone feel as well

• I've never been to Cafe Vico but would love to go and try their culinary creations! I haven't been able to dine-out lately so this would be a treat!

• My favorite thing about Cafe Vico (besides the AMAZING food), is the service!! I have been there a few times myself, and each time the owner asks how the meal was and even kisses my hand. You always feel like your business is appreciated and more than welcome. Yay for Cafe Vico!
