$10 Lunch - Nacho Bizness
Laine Doss Make it your business to catch them for lunch.
What You Get: For $7, try an overstuffed burrito in your choice of Yum Yum (spicy Korean pulled pork), Spring Break (grilled Baja fish), Rodeo (carne asada), Earth Day (grilled vegetables) or Marley (Jamaican jerk chicken). Turn any burrito into a bowl for the same price, mini bowls are $5. Tacos, in the same choices, are $3 each or two for $5. Wash down your lunch with a ginger lemonade at an incredible $1.
We Tried: The Spring Break bowl must weigh over a pound. Generous portions of grilled fish rest on a bed of rice, beans, lettuce and cheese. A sweet and spicy tropical fruit salsa adds just a touch of heat to the bowl. The ginger lemonade was spicy, but not overpowering. We could have drank about ten of them, they were that good.
Bonus Points: Show love to the food trucks - they're super cool and you get rockin' food at a great price.
