Who doesn't love brunch?  It's the one opportunity during the week when you can drink alcohol at breakfast without an intervention from friends and family - in fact, they're likely drinking along with you!  These brunch spots range from sporty to swanky, but they have one thing in common - they all have water views!  So get out the shades, the sunscreen and a few buddies and enjoy brunch and a Bloody Mary or two!

Downtowner Saloon 10 South New River Drive East, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33301 (954) 525-7400
A $12.99 all-you-can eat Sunday brunch is worth dragging your hungover self out of bed.  Chefs stand at the ready to custom make an omelette of your choice or raid the buffet for crab eggs Benedict, sausage, bacon, muffins and fruit.  $3.00 Bloody Marys, Mimosas, and Screwdrivers allow you to keep Saturday night's buzz alive.  Brunch is served from 11:00am-2:30pm and live entertainment starts at 1:00pm.

Bimini Boatyard 1555 Southeast 17th Street, Ft. Lauderdale, FL  33316 (954) 525-7400
If your idea of brunch is scarfing down dozens of oysters, this brunch is for you.  Bimini's "Island" buffet features an entire all-you-can eat raw bar station, as well as pasta, omelette, carving and dessert stations.  $32.95 for adults includes one Bloody Mary, Mimosa or champagne.  Kids 5-12 are $13.95 and kids under 5 eat free.  Sunday brunch is served from 1:00am-3:00pm.

Aruba Beach Cafe 1 Commercial Boulevard., Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, FL  33308 (954) 776-0001
Early birds and "Friends of Bill W." can enjoy Aruba's $13.99 Breakfast-by-the-Sea buffet every Sunday morning from 9:00am-noon.  Items include Bimini bread french toast, cheese blintzes, eggs Benedict and fresh fruit.  Alas, you have to wait until noon to get booze in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, so head over to the indoor/outdoor bar and have a few drinks beachside after breakfast.

Beach Watch 300 North Beach Road, Dania Beach, FL 33004 (954) 929-4887
With a large deck directly on the ocean, this brunch so close to the ocean, you'll have to watch for marauding gangs of seagulls.  This $15.99 brunch buffet offers the standard brunch fare, plus pasta, chicken and desserts.  Oysters on the half shell are three for $3, Bloody Marys are $5 and Mimosas and champagne are $3.  Brunch served Sundays from 8:00am-2:00pm.

Blue Moon Fish Company 4405 West Tradewinds Avenue,  Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, FL 33308 (954) 267-9888
Enjoy a complimentary Mimosa or Bloody Mary on the large deck facing the Intracoastal while sucking down the all-you-can eat garlic mussels, oysters, clams and peel and eat shrimp.  And that's the beginning.  $29.95 will also get you a choice of entrees, including Louisiana Seafood Gumbo, Crab Cakes, Mahi, and Applewood Bacon Wrapped Chicken.  Really want to get your money's worth?  Ask for more than one entree and the chef will happily oblige!  Save room for dessert. Sunday Brunch is served from 11:00am-3:00pm.
