Despite its reputation as a nothing town at the northern edge of nowhere, when it comes to restaurant openings this month, Palm Beach Gardens is where it's at.

Whether you want thick, juicy, blood-rare burgers or gastronomically correct vegan fare, nouveau Asian cuisine and sushi or contemporary American cuisine that attempts to bring the farm to your table, Palm Beach Gardens has a new restaurant just for you.

Hey, it's something.

Las Olas Boulevard
Las Olas Boulevard

Frank is correct - the Museum of Art is a great place but with all the wonderful restaurants, cafes, bakeries and coffee shops on the boulevard, it is hardly a dining option.

Can I please add Dolce Adriana on Las 0las Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale to the list of openings? Located at 1509 East Las 0las, it is a small coffee shop and is notable for its pastries, baked goods and gelato, many of which are gluten-free, sugar-free, cassein-free and many are also suitable for vegans.

These dietary considerations are a boon to the boulevard. It's worth noting too that it is under the same ownership as At's A Pizza (right next door) which has gluten-free pizza crust and vegan cheese available on request.

Museum Café is not a restaurant, it sells pre-packaged sandwiches and salads. Are you going to include the next food cart to open at FLL in future lists?
