​This week, we interviewed chef Jamie DeRosa of the just-about-to-open Atlantic Ocean Club. (217 E Atlantic Ave., Delray Beach, FL 33444; 561- 450-7557)  


He told us all about his stints working with Wolfgang Puck, and at the Fat Duck in England, the background on the new restaurant, and more.

Today, his peeps confirmed that the opening date for the A.O.C. will be January 24. Get in line!
