Vegan Thanksgiving at Darbster Restaurant in West Palm Beach

Darbster.jpg
Darbster, the vegan restaurant in West Palm Beach that's celebrating its first birthday (free cake slice for everyone on Sunday), is cooking up a non-turkey turkey with the trimmings. It's at one seating only, Thanksgiving Day.

On the plate:
Roast "turkey" roulade with porcini gravy; steamed acorn squash with herbed wild rice and quinoa stuffing, sweet potatoes with toasted marshmallows, haricot vert with crispy shallots, organic cranberry chutney, pumpkin and pecan pies.

Cost is $30 for adults; $20 for those 12 and younger (drinks, tax, tip extra). Dinner is at 2:30, and reservations must be made this week with a deposit.

For those who can't do the sit-down dinner, they're offering take-out dinners.

Both must be reserved in advance. To reserve, email info@darbster.com
