It's a new menu and new pricing but the same owners and building as the old Tavern of Jupiter on U.S. 1 south of Indiantown Road.

CentraArchy Restaurant Management, owners of New York Prime in Boca Raton, tried to sell it but had no takers. They instead decided to remake the restaurant and will open within the month.

"We want to offer more seafood on this menu, and the price structure will be moderate," says the CEO of CentraArchy, Jerry Greenbaum. "We realize in today's economy, people are a little more conservative. But we will maintain a high quality that people expect."

Steaks and seafoods, a hint of Southern Low Country favorites (e.g., shrimp and grits, shecrab soup, oyster platters), and a casual full bar with patio dining have been added. Diners can create their own bloody marys at the Build Your Own Bloody Mary Bar on Sundays during Sunday brunch.

A host of new managers will operate this restaurant. "We realized we had some problems with the previous managers," Greenbaum said.
