Date Set for South Florida Gluten-Free Expo

The date for the South Florida Gluten-Free Food Expo has been set for February 19, 2011.
Things will be a little different this year, though.
The expo has changed venues to accommodate the large crowd. This year
the event will be at the South Florida Fairgrounds. (It was at the South County Civic Center in Delray Beach last year.) Get there early,
though, because the Celiac Disease Foundation expects thousands of
people. The list of vendors won't be available until late January 2011,
but check out the CDF South Florida website to see a list of last year's vendors.
