RA Sushi Holds Charity Sushi Rolling Contest Tomorrow Night

The contest, held from 5 to 7 p.m., will gather representatives from four local charities who will each craft a signature sushi roll. A panel of judges along with the crowd will choose which roll is the best in regard to creativity, ingredients, presentation, and taste. The winning roll will earn a spot on RA's menu through the end of August, with proceeds from its sale going toward charity.
The four charities -- Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County, Make-a-Wish Foundation of Southern Florida, Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League, and the South Florida Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure -- will be on hand to accept donations, and special happy hour pricing will be in effect throughout the event. Now that's conscious eating.
