Our sister blog, Short Order, has a ton of coverage and post-game analysis today of the South Beach Wine & Food Festival.

Miami New Times restaurant critic Lee Klein dishes up the Top Five Screw-Ups of SBWFF 2010, and while a famous food celeb dropping trou is not among them, there are some good ones.

Jacob Katel has some amazing photos of Friday's Cocktails and Claws event with Lourent Tourondel. I'm sorry, but stone crab never gets old, even in Miami.

Here are some photos and a nice write-up of the Dim Sum & Disco held at the Setai this weekend, which Klein calls the "best event I attended at this year's festival." I believe him. That nigiri from Boston chef Tim Cushman looks to die for.

A recap of the Barilla Interactive Lunch with Scarpetta's chef-owner, Scott Conant, attests to the dreaminess of the handsome chef. Ooh la la. This great rundown of the dinnertime version of the program comes via Clean Plate Charlie's Love Bites columnist, Riki Altman.

Turns out Michael Schwartz of Michael's Genuine Food and Drink took top honors at this year's Burger Bash. Maybe a James Beard is next?

The Best of the Best is a lot of superlatives for an event LK thinks has "jumped the shark."

Finally, all the BubbleQ highlights you can swallow.
