Tickets Still Available at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival

The South Beach Wine and Food Festival kicks off next week, and if you're planning on going but haven't purchased your tickets yet, you're still in luck. While many events are sold out completely, a number of them still have tickets available.

In October, we detailed the top five SoBe W&F events worth going to. Not all of them are cheap, mind you -- the Daniel Boulud Tribute Dinner in particular topped five large ($520 a head, to be exact). Then again, it sold out -- what does that say about the fest's target audience? At least one of those events still has tickets.

The Prelude Dinner with hosts Michael Symon and local boy Peter Vauthy going down at Red The Steakhouse. Tickets run $200 for a rooftop wine soiree and menu featuring all Certified Angus beef. Starts at 7 p.m. next Wednesday, February 24.

The Perrier-Jouet BubbleQ hosted by Emeril Lagase still has a number of general admission tickets going for $350 a pop. The event will section off the private beach at the Delano Hotel and fill it with food from a cadre of chefs and restaurants. Local entrants include Michelle Bernstein, Cindy Hutson of Ortanique, Dewy LoSasso of The Forge, Howie Kleinberg of Bulldog Barbecue, Steve Martorano, Gordon Maybury of Lowes Miami Beach, Mark Militello of The Office, Allen Susser, Norman Van Aken, and Claude Troisgros and Maria Manso of the Delano's own Blue Door. Starts at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, February 26.

The Whole Foods Grand Tasting Village still has vacancies on both Saturday and Sunday, February 27 and 28. The fest's signature event features two ginormous tents chock full of food and wine from local restaurants and international distributors, plus appearances by Food Network Chefs like Guy Fieri and Rachel Ray. Tickets cost $212.50 per person for both 11 a.m. chow bells. Check out our recap of last year's Grand Tasting Village here.

The Barilla Interactive Lunch with Scott Conant is one of the less expensive options at the fest at only $150 per person, and allows you to play sous chef to the James Beard winning toque of Scarpetta. There'll be wine and plenty of great food to go around. Takes place Saturday, February 27 at noon at the Biltmore Hotel, Coral Gables.

The Haute Holistic Dinner at 7 p.m. on Saturday, February 27 at EOS at Viceroy Miami. "Avant garde Greek chef Michael Psilakis, renowned holistic nutritionist Dr. Etti Ben-Zion, and food expert Terry Zarikian will introduce you to a way of eating so old that it's new again." Tickets cost $200.

The South Beach Diet Presents Fun and Fit as a Family Kellog's Kids Kitchen is open as well for $20 a head, taking place Saturday and Sunday at 10 a.m.

Midnight Amore hosted by Scott Conant and Rocco DiSpirito at 11 p.m., Saturday, February 27. Scarpetta at the Fontainebleau. Tickets cost $125.

Almost everything taking place on Sunday, February 28, including wine seminars and dinner from Gary Vaynerchuk and Kevin Zraly, Guilty Pleasures and the Wines That Love them with Johnny Vinczencz and Mark Oldman, and Joe's Big Chill. The only events sold out on Sunday are Guy Fieri's Closing Party and Paula Dean's Kiss My Grits Brunch.
