Reminder: New Times Iron Fork at Miami Science Museum -- Take Two
So Ike never came but still managed to rain on our parade, forcing us to push back our Iron Fork event. Finally, with no hurricane in sight, Iron Fork comes to the Miami Science Museum October 30. Five chefs will be competing for the title including Mark Liderman of Forte Di Asprinio, Courtney Burks of Vienna Cafe & Wine Bar, Odell Arencibia of The Capital Grille, Tony Dee of Ocean Prime, and Bruce Feingold of Dada Restaurant Lounge. Celebrity judges include Chef Allen Susser of Chef Allen's, Chef Dean James Max of 3030 Ocean, and Chef Zach Bell of Cafe Boulud.
But that's not all! You'll be able to sample food from local restaurants and businesses such as Brosia, Nikki Beach, Cita's Italian Chophouse, Misha's Cupcakes, Ra Sushi and more.
You can buy your tickets now for $20 or for $25 at the door. You must be 21+ to attend.
