Recycled Finger Food

• I am really glad that someone down here has the cohones to write about these common happenings down here. Most journalists or columnists would cower in corners at the idea of actually pointing a finger. I know that it can at sometimes be dangerous to outright name a certain place but I loudly applaud that you made the name of this place convenient to find. This needs to happen continuously. Business owners who untactfully and disgustingly cut really sharp corners like this are constantly getting away with type of trashy behavior. I am happy to see that at least someone doesn't just look away. I moved down here about 3 years ago and I love the experience of dining with friends and the conversation and social graces that accompany it. Until I arrived in South Florida I had never once been a victim of any food type illness. 3 years in South Florida has now taken that title away from me about 7 times. New diseases and illnesses are developing at higher rates than anytime before due to the fad of carelessness these days and I for one do not think that is acceptable. We are supposed to advancing and we always find a way to step backward daily. and all it takes is a steady amount of little things like this.
